アメリカのYahoo!でもインデックスアップデート（weather report）が発表がありました。
今後は引き続きweather reportを出してゆくそうです。
weather reportでは発表されていませんでしたが、アメリカのYSTエンジンでも昨円2008年の12月から2度アップデートがあったそうです。（2008年12月に一度、2009年1月末に一度）
昨年12月からweather reportが無かった理由は書かれていませんでしたが（何かと大変だったからですかね･･･）、今後は「weather report がコミュニティに役立っていることがわかったので発信していきます」とのことです。
